Image Capture: I currently use Canon 5d MkII cameras. These are 21 megapixel cameras that produce high resolution 63MB RGB files. All optics used are the highest quality Canon L series lenses featuring Low Dispersion glass, many of which are the latest Mark 2 versions tailored for digital photography in particular. Captions, Keywords, Metadata, File Numbering: These can be added at the post production stage as per your requirements. Its a good idea to add metadata at the post production stage such as important keywords, location and so on as it enables efficient cataloging of imagery for retrieval later on, especially if you are managing a large number of images. Images can also be batch renumbered to match your cataloging protocol, otherwise images will be renumbered to my system: NT_YYMMDD_0001 Post Production: Images are always shot in RAW mode and then processed using Photoshop CS4 RAW converter and/or Canon Digital Photo Professional. My standard RAW batch process includes basic image manipulation of Levels, Contrast and Saturation but not retouching, this can be done at additional cost (see RATES).
